REFUND POLICY:
Products may be returned only after receiving authorization from Nutron OSM. Products returned without authorization can be refused or returned at your expense. Authorized returns must be in new (unused) condition in the original packaging. Returns will not be allowed for discontinued/obsolete products. Returned Products are subject to a 15% restocking charge unless the merchandise was shipped in error, or if the Products were defective upon receipt from Nutron OSM. Custom Products may not be returned. All returned Products will be inspected by Nutron OSM before credit is issued. Shipping charges for returned Products must be prepaid by You. Products may not be returned after 60 days from the date of invoice. Proof of purchase must be obtained on all items to be returned.

Shipping Policy/Delivery Policy:
Our primary carrier is UPS. Please be assured that your order will ship within 3-7 business days. In the event that an item is on backorder, you will be notified and it will ship within estimated 10-15 days based on current production schedule. SHIPPING AND HANDLING COSTS:
Our system uses a real-time calculation (using package dimensions and destination zip code) through UPS Worldship to determine shipping cost. UPS will not deliver to a PO Box.
